In reply to Claire. Prague is fantastic! I have been four times and love it! My hotel for the Christmas Market had fantastic river views but a bit too cold for walks along the river! The markets were fantastic though!

I was in Prague before Christmas for the markets. I stayed in a nice little boutique hotel which was very close to the river so enjoyed countless strolls along the river so beautiful in winter, loved the big Christmas tree in the square.
The markets were great there so lovely at night time. I try to visit different markets each year, well most years lol. Great place to have a break and get all those presents.

Prague is a lovely place to visit been a few times, but never thought of it as a Christmas market destination. Your photos make it look so appealing and the snow you timed it well. The Christmas tree looked huge WOW…
